One of the screws that keep the arm in place broke and I could not fix them myself because the screw was custom to this pair. I emailed Zappos to see if there was anything I could do since I had already had them for a few months and they sent me another pair immediately, before I could even read the email, let alone send back the broken pair! The glasses themselves are stylish but probably not my favorite pair. I'd give the glasses 4 stars overall, but Zappos gets 5 stars in my book!
