I order one size up. I am always a 7 but in these shoes I had to get an 8. They 7s felt like 6s.

Wonderful shoe. Very expensive but worth it. Ferragmaos last forever: I have a pair that are almost 15 years old & in great shape & still in style.
I'd also recommend: Bruno Magli
