Based on solidarity rather than celebrity Bikkembergs got himself noticed at the British Design Show in 1986, with his revolutionary and masculine designs. Bikkembergs Juniors, a children’s shoe line, was created with the same identity, quality and reliability with a silhouette which is strong, intense and solid.

In 1996, Dirk Bikkembergs launched his diffusion line (white label) simply named “Bikkembergs.” due to high demands for the more basic and more accessible styles in relation to the first line. The Bikkembergs collection inherits the very essence of “Dirk Bikkembergs”, with the same strength, character and performance.

Bikkembergs love for robust material, austere lines, the abundant use of leather and many virile details create a parallel collection of timeless recognizable signature pieces defined through Bikkembergs visions. From the beginning Bikkembergs Juniors was never perceived as a second line because if has a distinctive personality.
