Jessie Randall was inspired as a young girl by her stylish grandmother's chic, understated aesthetic. This early influence combined with Jessie's innate appreciation for subtle, feminine elegance is what defines her collection Loeffler Randall.
In 1998, after graduating from the University of Virginia, Jessie moved to New York and met Brian Murphy, an Art Director, who is now her husband and business partner. A creative spirit himself, Brian encouraged Jessie to follow her heart and pursue her love of fashion. After studying fashion design at Parsons and F.I.T., Jessie worked under Katayone Adeli, a designer whose strong, modern design sensibility she admired. It was later, during her tenure at Gap Inc., that Jessie began to focus on her first passion, accessory design.
Loeffler Randall was born out of Jessie's quest to find the shoes that she wanted to wear but could not find - shoes that possessed an understated elegance, were well made, and undeniably feminine. With this distinct point of view, Jessie and Brian saw an opportunity to bring something new to the shoe market. Loeffler Randall debuted for Fall/Winter 2005, with Jessie designing the collection and Brian responsible for branding and marketing. The collection was an instant success, with styles like the signature Matilde flat boot quickly becoming a staple among fashion editors and celebrities alike. Loeffler Randall's mix of refined sophistication and downtown cool filled a niche in the shoe market and was embraced both critically and commercially.
Loeffler Randall continues to grow each season with over 200 accounts worldwide. The collection is carried by many of the world's finest retailers including Bergdorf Goodman, Harvey Nichols and United Arrows. It can also be found in luxury department stores Neiman Marcus and Barneys New York, among others.
Building on the company's success, Loeffler Randall debuted their Fall/Winter 2007 ready-to-wear Collection to immediate praise.
In June 2007, Jessie was thrilled to win the CFDA Swarovski Award for Accessory Design (she was previously nominated in Spring 2006) and just weeks later give birth to two healthy and happy twin boys, Liam and Casper.

I love these shoes! This is more than I'd usually spend, but I really love the simple design and needed something waterproof. I wear them almost every day. Rain and/or shine. They are incredibly flexible allowing maximum movement throughout my foot. There is no arch support, to me this is an asset. It's rare to find a shoe that actually allows your foot to do what it's designed to do. These do! Did I mention I love these shoes?!

These boots are mad stylish. I love them. I find them similar in fit to my Jeffrey Campbell rain boots, and since I'm used to wearing flats all the time I don't find these uncomfortable at all. My only complaint is that they scuff extremely easily because they're just rubber -- no coating or anything.

Bootie runs a full size larger than marked. Beware that this is a rubber bootie so don't expect comfort if travelling far. It's a great style and suits someone who has narrow feet. For those that are sick of hunters and more commercial styles, this is definitely the way forward. Note the elastic area runs large so those with skinny ankles, you may need thicker socks.

I wanted to get a stylish rain boot that was easy to slip on and this is it! It's subtle and classy, not to mention comfortable. I've had issues with stiff rubber boots that pull my socks down before, and these solved that problem. Buy these if you want a great city boot that goes with any outfit. It's totally worth the money!

These are nice and stylish and perfect for California winters where we don't get super heavy downpours (and if we do, life just stands still).
