These are beautiful shoes and the bow is adorable and the silver shiny print is what a perfect shimmery, taupey neutral. But sadly these are the third Kate Spade slingbacks I have ordered (trying to find shoes for my wedding) and they will be the third to go back. The strap behind the heel is not adjustable and after I walk around for a minute or two, the straps slip off completely. It's a deal breaker!

These were more expensive than I originally wanted to spend on wedding shoes...but they're just so cute! I ended up getting one full size bigger than I typically wear. The heel is really reasonable...I think I'll be able to wear them for my whole wedding and reception! I also tried the Lourdes, which has a little big higher heel. These are definitely more comfortable. I like these better, too, because with the Lourdes you can feel where the heel is attached to the shoe and it's kind of uncomfortable. Best of all, these don't look overtly bridal, like a prom shoe, or like a stripper shoe -- hard to find when looking for a metallic/shiny sandal!

Weird heel placement. I love the look of these shoes--fun, feminine, delicate. But on my foot at least, the heel is placed very oddly. It's too far away from my instep, which makes me feel very unsteady, like I'm going to roll my ankle. It's the kind of scary feeling you normally get with 6-inch heels.

I am a huge fan of Kate Spade, and these will fit right into my collection! I got them on sale; I would not have paid full price for them, personally. The gold lizard is what I wanted, kind of a silvery gold and not too yellow. The fit is good and consistent with KSNY shoes; maybe a tad tight in the front, where my feet are slightly wide, but a nice snug fit on the strap in the back, even though I have narrow heels. The one thing I would say about these shoes is that the heel is rather oddly placed (further forward than it would be in most heels, including KSNY heels), which takes some getting used to. Also, I think because of the heel placement, these shoes definitely look like a smaller heel than 3". I actually got out my tape measure, because I was sure they weren't 3", but they were. On the bright side, the shoes wear like a smaller heel too, and I think I could stand in them for several hours.
