- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund.
- You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for the same title only.
- Return shipping is absolutely free. You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase.*
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Here's what you need to do:
- Log in to your account from the My Account page.
- Once you are logged in, locate the "Order History" section and click the Order # of the merchandise you wish to return.
- Click on the "Proceed to Return Process" button on the Order Information page.
- On the Return Request page check the item(s) that you would like to return on the Return column and click the "Return Checked Items" button.
- Choose to display the label for immediate printing or to have it sent to you in the mail and click the "Continue" button.
- Print the Return Confirmation page and include it with the merchandise that you wish to return. Once your return is received at the warehouse, Zappos Retail, Inc. will refund your card and send you email confirmation that your return is completed.
- If you choose to print a UPS return label, then tape your UPS return label to your box, then drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center Find the UPS Service Center nearest to you.
If you choose to print a USPS return label, then tape your USPS return label to your box, then either drop it off at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier. For both UPS and USPS domestic service, the shoes will be mailed back to Zappos Fulfillment Centers FREE of charge.
