Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy, and it's FREE!

* Please note to use the provided pre-paid labels. Shipments must be sent from the United Sates.

You can print a free UPS or USPS shipping label right here off the Web.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Log in to your account from the My Account page.
  2. Once you are logged in, locate the "Order History" section and click the Order # of the merchandise you wish to return.
  3. Click on the "Proceed to Return Process" button on the Order Information page.
  4. On the Return Request page check the item(s) that you would like to return on the Return column and click the "Return Checked Items" button.
  5. Choose to display the label for immediate printing or to have it sent to you in the mail and click the "Continue" button.
  6. Print the Return Confirmation page and include it with the merchandise that you wish to return. Once your return is received at the warehouse, Zappos Retail, Inc. will refund your card and send you email confirmation that your return is completed.
  7. If you choose to print a UPS return label, then tape your UPS return label to your box, then drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center Find the UPS Service Center nearest to you.

    If you choose to print a USPS return label, then tape your USPS return label to your box, then either drop it off at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier. For both UPS and USPS domestic service, the shoes will be mailed back to Zappos Fulfillment Centers FREE of charge.
