Privacy Policy Changes

In connection with a restructuring of our business, we have updated our Privacy Policy to reflect that the Site is operated by Zappos IP, Inc. (successor-in-interest to Zappos Development, Inc.). Although the substance of the policy is effectively the same as in the past, there are some changes. For example,

• The updated policy no longer refers to the Free Clothing Giveaway as it is not currently offered on our website.
• The updated policy now refers to contests and sweepstakes, as we may offer either or both on our website from time to time.
• The updated policy allows information to be shared among Zappos.com, Inc. and the affiliates it controls.

These are only a few of the changes to the policy, and this brief summary should not affect your interpretation of it. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
