Great boot if I could get it over my heel! So upsetting. My husband purchased these for my birthday for me in my usual size 9 and in the charcoal plaid and they do not go on my foot. They are not too small but the way they are designed, your heel will not slide into the boot...even with a slick sock on. So frustrating because I absolutely love this boot. Might return and go a size bigger to see if that would help but unfortunately I think it is the width at bottom of shaft that is too narrow.
Brands I'd also recommend: Burberry flats

Heartbreak in a box. They seemed gorgeous and a great value for being Burberry. But it took me 10' to put them on...and it took two people 20' to take them off! I have thin legs and rather small feet, that had never been an issue for me. But these don't have a zipper and the middle end is too narrow to take them off comfortably. If they were just 'a bit hard' to take off I'd keep them, but these are just impossible.

I love them! I love these. I would keep them in a heartbeat, but they are too hard to get on and off my foot. The design is just a bad one. The look is great and they are comfortable like my regular Burberry rain boots, but to get on and off is a big issue. I just do not want to be pulling at them all the time.

Love these boots! very stylish and comfortable. Color on the picture does not match with the true color of the boots. They are not as brown as shown on the image.

These boots are very cute, but Burberry did a horrible job with them. When putting your boot inside, it does not slide in whatsoever like normal, comfy rainboots should. It takes a year and a half to slip them on because the circumference around the ankle is so small and tight. Definitely recommend going a size or two up.

I was hoping that the bad reviews on these boots were wrong, but I am heartbroken to say that they are not. The boots just arrived and I could not fit my heel into the shoe portion of it. I am immediately returning them. Otherwise, they looked like they would have fit great and the boots themselves were incredibly cute. I am so disappointed!
