Zappos was great with every aspect of ordering and returning. I ordered these Burberry boots for my daughter 18th birthday and she loved them. Wonderful fit, read reviews and most people said it ran small but I didn't think so at all. Very cute and much more comfortable than the Burberry boots that are low calf with the hard trim at the top!

I bought these boots for my daughter and she loves them! The recommendation to buy the boots a size up worked out great and the shipping came quick despite a snow storm in the midwest.

I'm usually a 6.5 and I have plenty room for thick socks in a 7. I originally ordered an 8 based on reviews.. they were HUGE. I love wearing these and often notice people 'checking' them out!
